Unless the LORD builds the house, its builders labor in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the watchmen stand guard in vain. ~Psalm 127:1
2-1-16: Military assets moving towards BurnsPosted: 2016-02-01 EVNN 2-1-16
According to Revolution Radio a convoy of military, trucks were spotted on the highway headed towards Burns yesterday and at least one olive drab truck was confirmed on the highway headed towards the Burns area and 5 military style transport trucks were spotted parked in the area. It is not known what the ultimate destination or use is for these trucks.
It is not known whether these trucks are National Guard or military; or if they have anything to do with the ongoing FBI Occupation of Burns.
It has been speculated that the trucks in question are intended to be a ramping up of force to counter peaceful protesters in the area.
The PPN (Pacific Patriot Network) has called for a massive demonstration in Burns on Monday but the goal is not to do anything more than protest. They are NOT calling for anyone to impede the FBI investigation or engage in any other illegal activities.
This is not a second amendment rally. There has been no violence or illegal activity of any kind reported in association with the PPN in Burns thus far or the ongoing protests there. The PPN is reportedly asking for protesters only within a 6 hour driving radius to make their way to Burns to protest the ongoing FBI Occupation of the area but their official call to action specifies “all Americans”.
“Harney County Strong” is calling for a rally in Burns on Monday at 12:00 Noon - Monday 01, February 2016 at the Harvey County Courthouse to demand accountability of LaVoy Finicum's death.
Some in the Oregon media are describing the protesters as "militants".
